Freedom Ventures Property Management is a company built by real estate investors, for real estate investors. In 2019, our company grew out of a need for solid property management in Birmingham, AL. Here at Freedom Ventures PM, we treat every property as if it were our own. We bring urgency, respect, professionalism, and local expertise to every property that we serve.

Meet The Team
Danny Gonzalez
CEO & Broker
Danny has over six years of experience in real estate as an agent, investor, and broker. He founded Freedom Ventures Property Management in 2019 with a dream of helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. Danny and his wife Amy live in Hoover and have two children, Daxton and Joanna. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, weight-lifting, reading, and deepening his faith with other Christians.
Amy Wingo
Property Manager
Amy is a licensed broker and oversees daily operations for Freedom Ventures Property Management. She brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and property management to the team. In the past, Amy has worked as a realtor, real estate investor, and ran her own property management company. We are so lucky that Amy has joined our team and is helping the company grow and improve every day!
Lizbeth Hernandez
Maintenance Manager
Lizbeth brings several years of customer service experience to the team. She is the primary point of contact for all customer service issues and she leads our maintenance management efforts. She has played a vital role in the company’s recent growth! Lizbeth is a hard-working wife and mother of two.
Diego Villareal
Leasing Manager
Diego is in charge of processing all lease applications, screening tenants, running credit checks, background checks, collecting security deposits, and onboarding new tenants into our management systems. He brings over 10 years of customer service experience to the team and is an invaluable asset.
