How do I apply to rent a property?
It’s easy! Apply online here.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes. We require a deposit equal to one month’s rent as well as your first month’s rent before moving in. This is subject to credit approval and we may require an additional security deposit amount.
What are your requirements for renting?
There are four key things applicants need in order to rent one of our properties: 3x the monthly rent in income (must provide proof of income) A credit score of at least 500 Positive references from your previous landlords No history of evictions, foreclosures or bankruptcies in the past five years
Is there an application fee?
Yes. We have a non-refundable fee of $39.95.
Do you have a rent-to-own program?
No. Currently, all of our properties are only available for rent.
Do you accept Section 8?
Yes! We do require an upfront security deposit for approved applicants before filling out the paperwork for section 8.
Are pets allowed?
- Yes, but there may be different restrictions depending on the property. We also require all of our residents to register on PetScreening.com.
- Our properties also require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 with a maximum of two approved pets as long as they are not on the dangerous animal list.
- The following breeds and animals are not allowed: Pitbull, Boxer, Chow, Husky, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, or any type of venomous reptile (rattlesnakes, cobra, coral snakes, Gila monster, etc.).
